Nine-slice texture backgrounds instead of default HEX JSON #97

The problem (for me haha)

Right now, resourcify doesn't look very "vanilla" and tends to use HEX codes (all translucent by default) in a JSON file for the background of buttons and well, all backgrounds. This limits customization a lot for someone like me who likes having consistent UI.

My proposed solution

An option (off by default?) for a single texture- maybe the vanilla 16x "widget" one- to be the background of all Resourcify widgets, buttons, etc.

This would make Resourcify look much more cohesive with the game and peoples resource packs compared to the old HEX-coloured block. The texture would nine-slice its way into all shapes and sizes just like most mods config UI's do- other than Sodium, they also seem to be an exception for the vanilla style xD
