[BUG] Position Reprojection only works when image is collected flat to beam

Position reprojection only works when the image was collected flat to the beam.

Stitching works correctly, just point reprojection

To Reproduce:

• Collect Electron Tile set, flat to Ion Beam
• Click to add position, reprojection is off
• It is always too far away from centre, suggestion is image perspective is not correctly applied

Note: the actual new_position is correct as the microscope moves to the right position, it is just the projection of the point back to the image coordinate
