make jupyter notebooks openable directly on designsafe

there are pages where people are sent to jupyter notebooks on Data Depot rather than directly on DesignSafe Jupyter Hub -- this is a "new" feature.

all you have to do is replace the base path with:

https://jupyter.designsafe-ci.org/hub/user-redirect/lab/tree/

and then it depends on where it is....
Community/....
NHERI-Published/PRJ-....
etc.

for example:
https://www.designsafe-ci.org/data/browser/public/designsafe.storage.published/PRJ-1695

becomes:
https://jupyter.designsafe-ci.org/hub/user-redirect/lab/tree/NHERI-Published/PRJ-1695
(this opens up the directory in jupy-hub)

you can also add the notebook filename, if you know which one it is

you can easily do a global search and replace, just make sure you have the correct replacement for designsafe.storage.xxx

Okay, @silviamazzoni. I tried it out in #208. Changes about 18 pages. I asked stakeholders for their opinion.
