ELM3704-0000 issues with catio-terminals

the terminal editor is really struggling with
ELM3704-0000

selecting this terminal makes the GUI run very slowly - I expect because it has a huge number of Symbols and CoEs.

Probably the Symbols need merging down in to templated Symbols, like we do with multi-channel symbols.
