Add a summary of whether any frame processor is in error

We now have reporting of error strings from odin-data, but the user has to navigate into sub screens to find them. We should add a boolean top-level view of whether any application has an error. Possible one per application, so that it is clear where to navigate to to find the message.

- It is clear when any application is in an error state
