Automatic config fan outs should be placed in groups by plugin

Currently FP has config fanouts for attributes in FPX. Most of these at the root of the screen, or in groups matching FPX. They should instead be placed in a group based on the plugin they are in. If there is already a group in FPX, add the plugin name, e.g. FPX HDF "Process" -> FP "HDF Process". Fan outs to the root of FPX can be at the root of FP.
