How is nrf.db pre-computed

Hello! I am working on disassembling an nrf52832 or nrf52840 firmware with a separate boot loader. Ran your program but it didn't work as expected and realized nrf.db must be out-dated. I am wondering how you pre-computed this database? Thank you very much!
