I'm sorry to say that, but you can't build Disa itself from these sources. Only the interface for plugins is publicly available, the app itself is closed source.

Is the plugin extension a Delphi Package? The one with th .dpk extension?

No, it's a "Disa PacKage", similar to how Android apps have the .apk file ending.

You'll need Xamarin to build your own Disa Plugin.
