Deleted messages reappearing

Once a while (every few days), old messages have a habit of reappearing as new, unread messages in DISA, even if they have been previously deleted.
I definitely noticed this in the facebook plugin but can't remember if the other plugins (text/whatsapp/telegram) are also impacted.
The issue started appearing a few weeks ago.
