Instrument bundle evaluation failed whilst running local hosted instance of Playground

What Happened?

Whilst running the playground locally from the ODC the repository all "FORM" like instrument bundles display the Error: Failed to evaluate instrument bundle message even with proper formating and schema

What Did You Expect?

Expect the playground form to be properly generated if there are know errors present in the forms format, typing, etc.

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to apps/playground in ODC repo
2. run command pnpm install then pnpm dev
3. view any "FORM" type instrument
