Currently, the instrument summary is only available at the end of a non-assigned instrument in the platform

Somewhere in the datahub for a single subject, we need a way to re-view the summary part of an instrument.
The application here is clinical use where an assigned instrument is completed async and the clinican wants to then view the summary for copy/paste integration into EHR (or PDF download/print)
