Pin strip spacing.

It's a real shame the pin spacing is not the same on the V2.1 encoder and the mini encoder.

Pin spacing is 19.6mm on the mini and 20.9mm on the v2.1           (estimated from the gerber files)

This makes them almost incompatible.
