Automatically change Local Network ID #3
Description
During flight, all airborne nodes have the same local ID (ATMY), to avoid unnecessary repeats through the network. Detect altitude below 10,000' (ish) and change to a unique address so that the rest of the network (and the airplane) can repeat the location back to the ground teams.
