Enable easy parsing of terminal output

Need to define a structure that will enable the easy identification and display of different information types on the ground using custom software. Note that the implementation of this feature must not interfere with the original design intent of the grounstation requiring nothing more than a serial terminal and COTS mapping software.

It might be possible to overcome this by programmatically setting the output to be either the NMEA sentences or the raw $PEDG* messages via a command on the control interface.
