Allow sign-in bypass also when listing available languages

The language selection in URL is very useful. (See also #10).

However, it does not allow to auto-login.

Could there be an entry point combining both auto-login, available languages (and selected languages, see #10)?

It is possible to achieve the effect by clicking on two links sequentially. Combining them seems fine, but note that we now also will have the /view endpoint for setting up the link of the video. I can combine that with authentication, too, but cannot reasonably combine the /view and /menu functionality into one. We can discuss more.
