Create an example on how to use the openEO job manager for large-scale processing scenarios

As the openEO batch job manager has been evolving quite a bit, it proven its usefulness in large-scale data processing scenarios. As these scenarios are also of interest to APEx users, it makes sense to add a guide to our documentation that showcases how the job manager can be used in these cases.
