Add custom user greetings

As user, I want to be able to add my name and see a friendly greeting sentence based on the time of the day.

3 State
1_ User without custom greetings will see:

• "The search engine that supports clean water projects"
• beneath this sentence, a small primaryButton "customize Elliot with your name"
• clock

2_ User in Edit mode will see:
-No "The search engine that supports clean water projects" and no button visible anymore.

• The user will see a simple white line that represents the bottom of an input field.
  Placeholder of the input field: "How do you want to be called?"
• clock

3_ User with custom greetings will see:

• No "The search engine that supports clean water projects" and no button
• Greetings sentence with his/her name instead of "The search engine that supports clean water projects"
• clock

Greeting sentence based on LOCAL TIME:

• from 5am till 11.59am: "Have a great day "
• from 12.00 till 18: "Good afternoon "
• from 18 till 5am: "Enjoy your night "
