Define TF-associated GO terms for gene-centric GO annotations #60
Description
Biological process terms associated to the function of a TF (e.g. DNA damage response) need to be defined for TFs in database, whenever possible. Multiple terms can be defined for the same TF if the TF has the same name but different biological roles in different species, or if there are derived GO terms that specialize function (e.g. DNA repair involved in response to DNA damage)
