Incompatibility with .strings files

When compressing .bsa archives that contain "dlstrings, ilstrings, strings" files (i.e. Book Covers Skyrim) in-game books show up "LOOKUP FAILED!" error. Temporary solution is compressing the archive then extracting those files to /data directory. Is there a way to exclude those files from compressing?
