Cursor plugin is outdated

The version of the Cursor plugin currently installed is approximately 3 weeks old and is missing all `ce/*` skills.

**Steps to reproduce:**

1. Install the Cursor plugin following with `/add-plugin compound-engineering`
2. Check the available skills, no `ce/*` skills are present. Only `workflow/*`.
