Tests wiring #5
Description
CMake already gates tests behind HARDRT_BUILD_TESTS and HARDRT_PORT=posix. Add a CI workflow:
- matrix over -DHARDRT_PORT=posix with HARDRT_BUILD_TESTS=ON
- run ctest --output-on-failure
- optional second job with ASan/UBSan
