App Component: Workspace Settings

Action Performed:

  1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Go to workspace settings > Members.
  3. Invite User B and User C.
  4. Go to workspace settings > Workflows.
  5. Click on the default workflow.
  6. Click Approver.
  7. Change the approver to User B, then save it.
  8. Turn off "Add approvals".
  9. Turn on "Add approvals".
  10. Click on the default workflow.
  11. Click Additional approver.
  12. Upgrade the workspace if prompted.
  13. Select User B and save the edit.
  14. After the new workflow is created, go to other tab (Categories) and go back to Workflows.

Expected Result:

In Step 13, after turning off and on "Add approvals" and editing the existing workflow, no new workflow will be created.

Actual Result:

In Step 13, after turning off and on "Add approvals" and editing the existing workflow, a new workflow is created with the owner as the submiter.

In Step 14, after reopening Workflows tab, the new workflow changes to everyone as the submitter.
