mp_tournament_restart being called incorrectly by some plugins

When a client is being instantly kicked by KickClient in OnClientAuthorized() will result in mp_tournament_restart being called by the plugins from this repository.

This affects ozfortress/ozf-bans-enforcement#1 or any other method which calls the kicking method. The more detailed explanation will be in the mentioned issue.

I've troubleshooted the list of plugins from this repository and compiled the list which results in the match interruption. They seem to all include match.inc.

• waitforstv
• supstats2
• recordstv
• logstf
• classwarning
• afk

2. Extract it
3. Extract f2-sourcemod-plugins.zip
4. Copy the .smx files you need to your server
5. Test with 1 player on the server... It should no longer execute "mp_tournament_restart" when someone gets kicked upon joining.

Using a similar environment to Avan's test setup, I was able to reproduce the issues he was having. However, when using the artifact you provided just now @F2 - I was unable to reproduce the issue.

I would consider this matter resolved by #48

Sorry, I was MIA for a bit. But yes, I am now unable to reproduce the issue using the given artifact. You can close this issue whenever you want.
