New columns in the curation table Hidden records

Curators would like to have in the Curator Panel (tab Hidden records) the new features:

• columns with the values is_approved? and is_complete? (they are Y/N, there you be able to sort out them, e.g. Y/N)
• processing notes (this field can be editable as it happened in the tabs "User edits awaiting approval" and "Curator edits awaiting approval"
• The existing column "Under curation by" should be editable as it happened in tabs "User edits awaiting approval" and "Curator edits awaiting approval"

A possible server ticket may be required.

I checked the server side of this and the hiddenRecords query returns [Types::FairsharingRecordType], meaning that those new fields could be requested without any changes to the server.
