Left justify "Notes"

I am not sure if this is a general issue with all notes, or just those within the Metric records positive/negative/indeterminate examples fields, so you may need to investigate.

If you look at https://fairsharing.org/7820 you'll see the justification as it stands looks very odd. Please can these notes be left justified instead?
