Add Rambda and utilize it for cleaner code

I think we should slowly but surely start using rambda to make our code feel more semantic and minimize calls of map, reduce, filter etc. in favor of their clearer counterparts.

From what I tried so far - Ramada did not simplify the code but rather made it more difficult to read and maintain, or in other cases broke the type safety.

I will give it another go in more complex applications like deliberations and see how that goes
