Feature - add crown as a specifier

• If you select a crown as a specifier there has to be a definition for the crown - pick from list
• Only non-apomorphy definitions can use crown as a specifier
• Example:
• If there is a crown definition for Campanulacea then use the definition when using crown as a specifier

When defining

• "Maximum Total Clade"
• "Crown Based - Total Clade"

These definitions should show up as choices for the crown specifier:

• "Minimum Crown Clade"
• "Maximum Crown Clade"
• "Apomorphy Modified Crown Clade”

And species and specimens can also be added as a specifier.
