General Question -> edit entry after submission?

RegNum doesn’t seem to allow me to edit an entry after it has been submitted, but shouldn’t the person who registered the name be able to do that?

@dellch I need to ask Kevin and Phil how they want to handle this. Originally, the author was going to submit and we had an editor who had to check the submission and approve them, right? They might want to change that and remove the editor's role with submission. I am going to shoot them an email about this.
