I'm not sure what you mean by deadline, if you're talking about this specific issue or all of the changes in general. For this issue, I created it as a reminder... I made the fix for all future records, but past records need to be fixed. At the time I didn't do it because I was working on the document and the application code and didn't want to go into the database to fix things.
