Missing axis error message is not helpful #1098
Description
If you run a macro that issues an MA command (and it is not enabled) you'll get an error that says "MA, NaN ..." which makes it look like you've told A to go to 1/0 or something -- but it really means that the A is not able to accept move commands yet.
