Macro manager enhancements

- List of macros should be sortable and searchable
- "Do you want to save" when navigating away from page (duplicate of job manager issue)
- On new macro creation, popup that allows the user to enter name and number then gives an option to go immediately to the editor
- Ability to call macros with the macro name instead of only C#
