Expand node configuration

Description

Whilst I appreciate this is going to be a very hard thing to do a "catch all" on, it would be great to be able to click/double-click a node, and get a window popup to show the configuration of the node. These fields just need to be read-only, so we can assume (mostly) everything is just Label:Value.

Instances like the function node can be manually accounted for to render code correctly, etc.

This is almost impossible because node UI is not schema defined (each of the 5000+ nodes have their own render logic)

If they were schema defined (something I think about more and more - especially when it comes to validating AI generated flows), this would be easy.

A quick win could be to show the JSON for an individual node (in a nice, tabular format of course)
