Implement and Test kubectl cp Support in MCP Tool

We need to implement support for the kubectl cp command within the MCP tool, which enables copying files from a Kubernetes pod to the local system and from the local system to a Kubernetes pod.

This should follow the official syntax and behavior as documented here:
