minecraft started loading 40 seconds slower

minecraft loads for an extra 40 seconds each time on the same line on the loading of the veil [03:21:38].
It may have happened after installing distant horizons, deleted everything related to it, and also tried reinstalling and disabling different mods. Nothing changes.
