Scandinavian letters ÅÄÖØ doesn't get recognized #745
Description
I'm trying to substitute 'FR' with 'FOR REAL' and noticed that the Swedish word 'FRÅGA' becomes 'FOR REALÅGA'.
Same results replacing Å with other Scandinavian letters Ä Ö Ø.
When changing any of these letters to one in the English alphabet it works as intended. I.e Frog, Fraga, Front.
