Installing difficulties #1
Description
Installing the program on a computer that doesn't have the required dependencies might not work.
When merging with winget-pkg, this error came up on the reviewers computer:
"Cab.exe - System error
The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."
However, there is no installation process, currently it's just one cab.exe file.
