Add Fill Material failed to spawn

Hi,
first- Tool is good and helpful so far.
My buddy nad me had an issue though that of sudden no fill materials would spawn despite the flag being set.

v1.0.0 (only one Modhub seems to recognize but we tried the current build as well ignoring the "upgrade warning to upgrade from latest to 1.0.

we were running a several multiplayer sessions back and forth and at some point no Fill materials were placed anymore nor appeared in the "equippment previe2 of a mission.

We deleted the config files in the respective savegame and will see if it happens again.
So far its unexplainable to us.
Added a few mods in between of course but nothing that affected Mission, mainly equippment.

Noticed - the Fill Material setting seems to be ignored each time a game is loaded anew as despite being toggled to "Active" the mats did not appear in the preview nor when accepting the mission.
Only after toggeling the setting inactive and then back to active it was working again.
So something in the init area seems off.

Thank you for your report - this is probably related to or a duplicate of #99. I'll add it to the list to test once I get the MP sync working better than it is working today.
