DOPP effect does not work in Windows 7 without Aero(dwm)

Hello.

Our test environment is
OS : Windows 7
Graphic Card : Radeon Pro WX4100

During our test, we found that DOPP effect doesn't work with aero(dwm) disabled.
For some reason, we cannot enable aero (dwm) in Windows 7 OS.

Is there a way to use DOPP effect without aero(dwm) with Windows 7 OS?

DOPP is not supported with Windows 7 without Areo.
