CKAN2.8 extensions require i18n configuration #89
Description
The current setup requires adding the i18n language translation configuration files to multiple applications. It is unknown why these files are needed: if there is a configuration setup, or if CKAN sees 1 extension with the translation and assumes all should have it. The current copy mechanism should be formalized in some script system for deployment.
