Update Systems.MD to reflect current system components #5801
Description
What
Update SYSTEMS.md in the GSA/data.gov repository to reflect the current state of the Data.gov system boundary.
Why
The file was last updated approximately 3 years ago and does not reflect current components. It is being used as evidence of a centralized component inventory for a security compliance request and needs to be accurate.
Done When
- catalog.data.gov is described as a custom Python web application (CKAN references removed)
- harvest.data.gov is listed as a standalone production component with its repository link
- www.data.gov, resources.data.gov, and strategy.data.gov are listed as static sites on cloud.gov Pages
- All existing repository links are verified as current and accurate
