@SerializeProperty() constructor parameter decordator

This is to allow

class Test {
    private _privateValue: string;
    constructor(@SerializeProperty() public value: string) {
        super();
        this._privateValue = "something else";
    }
}

Tried it out, won't work because the property name metadata is not available.
