Add support for "extensions" folder

Any extensions included in a project seem to be ignored completely - they have a fairly straightforward layout, but maybe its a bad idea to include extensions like that? It kind of conflicts with the purpose of Catalyst (imagine multiple projects using the same extensions / different versions). Lets see how this ends up
