Rewrite in Golang #35
Description
Can be combined with #29 - obviously PHP is not the right choice for a tool like this (it was from pure lazyness and me being familiar with PHP).
A good rewrite in a language that compiles natively to various architectures and operating systems would be nice, thus Golang would be a very good choice.
