[FEATURE] Adapt to .NET 10 New Features

Feature Description

Develop a script mode based on .NET 10 while retaining the original functions. Enable the script mode by adding the SetConfig parameter setting method in GeneralUpdateBootstrap and adding the Scripts enumeration to UpdateOption.Mode. The final effect is that only a 4KB .cs script file is needed to complete the automatic update, and the GeneralUpdate.ClientCore library is no longer required. Meanwhile, upgrade the components referenced by GeneralUpdate from version 9.0.0 to 10.0.0.
