FE: Image cropper

To be used in onboarding for profile picture uploading. Feel free to choose any react native library for this

This component should:

• Take an image (imagine it's coming from the image picker)
• Show an interface that allows the user to zoom in / out and pan across the image with a circular cutout
• Store the image (locally/FE only) in it's new cropped format
