S3 Integration

We want to integrate with S3 so that we can store pdfs generated during our claim generation process. Create an S3 Service that has the following functionality:

• Add a PDF to our s3 bucket
• Add an image to our s3 bucket
• Retrieve PDF or Image

Some important implementation details to consider are image/pdf compression to cut down on s3 costs and whether to use pre-signed URLs.

Reach out to one of the TLs for s3 keys.

Definition of Done:

• S3 Service created with outlined functionality
• Mock testing added (talk to TL if you have questions)
