Description
When an sms is received, there is no notification about it.
In the application, in the notification settings it says "There are no notifications for this application"
In the Android settings, the application has been granted notification permissions, battery optimization is disabled, and background operation is allowed. The default application for SMS is selected.
At the same time, when the "Turn on screen" option is enabled, the phone screen turns on, but notifications are not displayed.
