Importing blocked numbers fail to import all

The blocked number list contained something like this

3, 805, 333, 111, Tri, Popeyes, 3 Promo

Importing will only import the Numbers form, the text form excluded.

And, that "3" filter seem also will block message from "3Info" or that "3 Promo".

Note: Same issue with Goodwy Phone app import.
