Cannot sneak with the Ctrl, Shift or Alt keys.

Expected Behaviour

I expected to be able to have Ctrl as my keybind for sneaking.

Actual Behaviour

I am unable to sneak with either Ctrl key, nor am i able to do so with the Shift or Alt keys. Other keys work perfectly fine.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Execute the runClient gradle task and wait for the game to boot up.
2. Load any world.
3. Esc -> Options -> Controls, and bind any key to Sneak other than the following keys:
   • Left or Right Ctrl
   • Left or Right Shift
   • Left or Right Alt
4. Sneaking should work fine.
5. Esc -> Options -> Controls, and bind one of the following keys to Sneak:
   • Left or Right Ctrl
   • Left or Right Shift
   • Left or Right Alt
6. Sneaking should no longer be possible.

• Tested on 7c7123e
• OS: Windows 10 x64
• Keyboard Layout: QWERTY, Full-Size
• Java version: 8 (wasn't run with runClient17)
• No other mods except Gradle dependencies

Oh wow
Someone is actually trying it out even before the release

I was only able to replicate it with left ctrl and right alt
For whatever reason the game recognises right alt as left ctrl
But I have pretty much no idea what could be causing it: I modified no code related to key binding or controls, only a small mouse wheel related segment
