Roadmap: Scheduled and Recurring Transactions

A scheduler or template system for future obligations.

### Proposal
Add "Bill Pay" reminders and scheduled entries (e.g., monthly rent) that appear in the ledger as "Pending" or auto-post on a specific date. Currently, `beankeeper` only handles "Now" and has no concept of a "Future" or "Template" transaction.
